Even though it’s rumored that Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan have a special hate/hate relationship, they sure do have a lot in common. They should be besties.

They’re both troubled 26-year-old actresses that have a penchant for trouble with the law as well as with driving cars. Oh and they both love the nightlife, even when they really should be ditching the clubs for quiet nights at home. But nah, that would be too boring.

Anyway, Bynes was spotted clubbing it alone late Wednesday night, early Thursday morning at the SL club in NYC, where she appeared to some to be “zoned out of her mind.”

A source told E!: “She was alone, definitely like…walking into people, she looked just zoned out of her mind and randomly dancing with some guy.”

“We were, like, ‘Can we get a picture of you? You’re Amanda Bynes?’ And she said, ‘No, I’m not and I don’t want my picture taken,’” remembers the insider.

Though the most-likely medicated actress appeared to be alone, she ended up leaving with some people she met while at the club.

Says the source: “We wanted to go to Avenue after SL, so we walked there. On our walk, we saw her again with those people, just stumbling. I felt so bad for her. I’ve never seen anyone like that, zoned out. So we walked into Avenue and I just saw her walk into [popular hangout] Artichoke. She just sat in a booth by herself and that was the end of that.”

Sadly, like Lohan, I don’t see this ending well unless she can completely turn her life around.

A legal war between In Touch and Amanda Bynes might be on like Donkey Kong.

After the magazine recently published a story claiming the Lilo 2.0 actress was seen looking “painfully thin” and seemingly “totally out of it” while prancing around a NYC tanning salon with only her birthday suit on, Bynes got word and quickly ran to the whoever would listen to say she was taking their asses to court for printing those lies.

She told UsWeekly exclusively and humbly, “I’m suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I’m not ‘troubled.’ I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”

The tanning salon she reportedly trotted around naked in supposedly is on her side with it all. In support, Beach Bum Tanning’s CEO James Oliver released a statement saying:

“Employee testimony and security footage have confirmed that Ms. Bynes was not acting inappropriately. She is a long-time client and we stand by her account.”

Who knows if Bynes is really going to take the legal steps needed to file a lawsuit against the publication, or if she has the time to do so (she’s a retired millionaire y’all, it’s a full-time job), but I guess we’ll see. Whatever keeps her busy and off the streets is all we can ask for. The safety of the people is dependant on it!

It comes as no surprise that Amanda Bynes made the Maxim Top 100 List of 2011. She is all grown up, and she is not afraid to show it. Recently, Amanda went online on her Twitter account and posted some hot pics of herself. In these images, Amanda is wearing enticing wigs, lipstick on her provocative, highly kissable lips, and what appears to be a bra and hardly anything else. These are the kind of pictures that wet dreams are made of, and Amanda’s Twitter fans are especially grateful.

Recently, Amanda Bynes was seen in 2010’s “Easy A” with Emma Stone, another Maxim favorite. In this hit comedy, Amanda played a religious student who is strung so tightly that she might even make Jesus cringe a bit. Who would have ever thought that Bible thumping could be so seductive? In “Easy A”, Amanda Bynes read her own lines. The green slime was gone, and her parents were no longer waiting on the set.

The door to Nick at Night has been closed, and Amanda is eager to show everyone all her mature assets. Would she consider sexy movies? Of course she would. When it comes to choosing men, as you see Amanda Bynes is incredibly selective. Despite the fact that she has been named to People’s Most Beautiful List, looks come second to this cover girl. She is more likely to choose a man who spends more time in a library than he does at a hair salon. To her, being smart is the same as being attractive and sexy.
